Job Description	The Job involves handling functions of HR like IT recruitment & selection, employee relations, Joining Formalities etc. The person would be required to front end & coordinate with internal & external customers for manpower requirements.
Desired Profile	Managing the entire recruitment process from matching profiles, short listing, and personal interview and arranging technical interviews, salary negotiations & joining of the candidates. Development and management of Vendors (Placement consultants & job portals) & maintenance of resource database to enable timely fulfillment of manpower requirements. Fulfilling vacancies through various sources like internet portals, referencing, head hunting, networking etc as per profile.
