Job Description	Being a trainee, he has to observe & learn HR/Personnel policies & practices to implement wherever & whenever required General Profile : Recruitment, Sourcing, Manpower Planning, Learning HR Practices, Handling Site Administration, Monitoring, Statutory Compliances Responsibilities involve: Recruitment, Sourcing resumes, Shortlisting, Scheduling Interviews, Coordination, Documentation, Preparation of Offers, maintaining database, MIS & Reports, Tracking the offers and new appointments, Follopw-up, Site related work, Assisting management in the job given,
