Job Description
Processing medical and dental enrollments, changes, terminations, updating information on website, downloading bills
Maintaining/ updating information on insurance spreadsheets for payroll.
Processing 401K enrollments, terminations, updating employee information, entry of annual/ mid year data for compliance and annual testing
Uploading ads on the websites for corporate recruiting on Monster, Hotjobs and Dice. Refreshing ads on a weekly basis on Hotjobs.
Initiating background checks according to client requirements, follow ups with vendor and updating recruiting team on the status.
Updating recruiting team with drug test results and follow up with Quest as required for drug test updates and expediting process
Update HR Contact list periodically.
Processing of H1B applications.
May be involved in some recruitment activities
Viewing and sending Po's to concerned team daily.
Viewing and sending Po's to concerned team daily.
Updating audit files daily with PO information, M/E info. from spreadsheet and sub company names from ABAK
