| Job Description | Designing Various product strategies and analyzing market research for the successful launch of products in the market. preparing product budgets and contributing for the cost effectiveness of the same. Designing & executing various briefing sessions & training programmes for the field force. Analyzing the performance of various field regions on monthly basis and working out strategies to improve the performance of non-performing regions. Preparing various types of MIS related to product mangement or brand management. Dealing closely with various advertising agencies to constantly strive to increase the effectiveness of advertising communication. |
| Desired Profile | The professional must be B.Pharm/B.Sc & MBA (Marketing) from reputed institutes having hardcore marketing experience of 1-2 years from reputed pharmaceutical companies. The professional must have flair of extensive traveling to achieve the budgeted targets and also excel substantially. Computer Literacy & exposure to SAP Environment is preferable. Maximum Age Limit: 26 yrs. |
