- Responsibilities include total HR activities like Recruitment, Selection, Induction, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Report generation, manage day to day issue pertaining to salaries and other hr/administration/welfare activites. Implementation of company policies and procedures, identification of traing needs and coordinating training programs , statutory Compliances.
Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal candidate should be MBA/PGDBM with 5 to 8 years of experience . He/She should have strong communication skills and an ablity to lead / Motivate team members.
