Job Description

Job Summary: Working on I2 Planning SystemsMaster Planning, Deployment Planning, Inventory Planning in the area of Supply Chain.

Key Result Areas:

Support and response to the batch stream issues to meet SLA's of the business for each application
Growth of Supply Chain Understanding
Involvement on the team to support and suggest ways to make the system and the processes better
Delivery on assigned taskstime and quality
Increased functionality and services in thePlanning Suite of toolssome of this year projects: Adding new Plants; changing Safety Stock Calculations; Working on key metrics and reports, Minimizing Churn in schedule.
Night stream monitoring and corrections; performance monitoring and suggested enhancements; working on user issues/questions, Correcting issues.
Core working hours (1st shift) 6 amto 2:00 pm to support core batch stream activities.
Some travel to US to interact with the team;

Desired Candidate Profile

Educatinal Qualification: Degree/MBA in SCM/operations preferred.

Experience:

1 to 2 years of experience with strong learning skills willing to learn; responsible work ethicSupply Chain experience/knowledge, ERP systems.

Skill sets involved:

Required: JAVA / J2EE, UNIX(preferably on AIX), unix / shell script, SQL script, database: DB2 (or any other database).Exposure to i2/SCM products preffered.

Optional: Supply Chain experience/knowledge, ERP systemsExposure to SAP PTD/SD helpful for future growth.
