Job Description

Summary: Assist the MD in the day to day business operations and be a back end support to him.

Meetings: Update MD with information required prior to all meetings. Analyze and summarize reports and documents if required. Co-ordinate & manage meetings to ensure efficient and effective dissemination of information and the accurate recording and follow-up of decisions. Maintain and organize the MD's calendar.

External Communication: Manage external relationships & business correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director, including his representation of external meetings, within appropriate framework, in order to ensure optimal professionalism. Draft important correspondence and communication and prepare reports on behalf of the MD.

Internal Communication : Collate the information for and edit the monthly report & send it to the various stakeholders within the Company & group. Draft important correspondence and communication and prepare reports on behalf of the MD.

MIS : Assist the MD in analysis of regular MIS and highlight risks and issues associated with operations and new investments. Analyze internal data, review environmental and industry trends.

Administrative Systems: Manage & Maintain the Managing Directors information, storage, computing infrastructure and provide access and support as needed.

Project Management : Daily and weekly project status monitoring of various projects. Manage special and confidential projects for the MD from time to time.

Desired Candidate Profile

B.Tech / MBA / CA from one of the premier institutes
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Extensive experience of word processing and other computerized office systems like Excel, Power Point, Outlook & MS Access.
Exhibit high degree of planning, organizing & directing work to facilitate the achievement of goals.
Generate high volumes of relevant work; able to sustain high level of activity & energy over long hours when necessary. Work with a business, like approach to daily challenges.
Be able to quickly learn new business processes and technologies.
