| Job Description | The candidate shall be responsible for Maintaining & updating HRMIS of 400 employees with respect to recruitment, separation, training, etc. Generating monthly MIS reports such as total head count, recruitment & attrition analysis, training reports, etc All personnel functions like oJoining and exit formalities including full & settlements of out going employees oCoordination with respect to confirmation of new employees oAttendance & Leave administration oCoordination with accounts with respect to pay roll oMedicliam settlements |
| Desired Profile | The candidate should have hands on experience in handling The personnel & HR functions in a multi brand & multi locational organisation. HRMIS software for atleast 300 employees PF, ESIC, Gratuity & Superannuation related issues. Well versed with HR related MIS Software, word, excel & power point Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Team Working Willingness to Travel |
