Job Specification: Business Generation on Advisory products
To meet the sales targets in terms of income generated across all advisory products.
To ensure high level of client satisfaction.
To acquire new clients in the targeted HNI segment from outside the Bank
To retain and enhance Advisory relationships that are converted
To keep oneself updated on the financial markets & in advisory products / services in particular. (Equities, Mutual Funds, Asset Allocation, Derivatives)
To execute cross-sell efforts as per focus of the Bank at a given point in time.
Job skill required: MBA /CA / post graduation with minimum 3 years experience
Experience in the area of broking / investment advisory
Relationship management skills
Ability to understand stocks, mutual funds and other investments
Good interpersonal skills & team player
Ability to take sales initiatives and operate independently
Sales focussed
Client Sourcing capabilities
Willingness to learn constantly in the finance area so that all investment products are understood
Note :The band will be decided based on the relevant experience of the candidate

Preferably Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
